Prior to relocating to Colorado, Jeff worked for over 13 years in the Brentwood/Malibu area of Southern California, focusing on high-end residential and commercial construction. Jeff quickly earned a reputation for quality and service and consequently, his California clientele included many celebrities, most notably Oscar-winning actor Dustin Hoffman and Grammy award winning singer Natalie Cole. With over 20 years of construction and project management experience, Jeff's vast knowledge and keen eye for design goes hand in hand with his belief that customer communication is the key to the successful outcome of any project. Project Manager: Lyntal Construction's project manager has over 20 years experience in construction as well as excellent communication and design skills. With a background in engineering, he can effectively identify complications before they arise. Creative problem solving and exceeding customers' expectations are his top priorities. Support Staff: The members of Lyntal's professional and friendly support staff have many years experience in project documentation and facilitation. They know the importance of expediting paperwork quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining their number one goal of clear and continual communication between its clients, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors. Subcontractors: Lyntal Construction partners with an established network of subcontractors chosen for their professionalism, quality of work and fair pricing guidelines. All subcontractors are hand picked and have worked with Lyntal for many years. All are highly skilled experts in their fields, and all are insured and licensed.
